Data Deletion Request Instructions

Instagas Limited respects your privacy and provides customers with the ability to request deletion of their personal data from our systems.

If you would like us to delete your personal information, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data by either email or phone call.

Option 1 — Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to: info@instagas.ng

Please include the following details in your request:

  • Your full name
  • The phone number you used to contact Instagas (e.g., via WhatsApp)
  • Your email address (if applicable)
  • A brief note stating you are requesting deletion of your personal data

Subject line suggestion:

“Data Deletion Request – Instagas”

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request.

Option 2 — Phone Request

You may also request deletion by calling our customer care line:

Our representative will collect your registered details and process your request.

What Happens Next

After receiving your request:

  1. We will verify your identity to protect your privacy.
  2. Once verified, we will delete your personal data from our active systems, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or accounting purposes.
  3. You will receive confirmation once the deletion process is completed.

Processing time is typically within 3–5 business days.

Important Note

  • Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, transaction records for accounting purposes).
